At 509 Boxing Gym, our goal is to help you reach YOUR goals. Whether that's weight-loss, lifestyle, or amateur/professional boxing goals, we offer many different classes which are based on age and experience level, and our coaching staff is dedicated to teaching discipline, confidence, and hardwork to our students through boxing.
We know walking into a boxing gym for the first time can be nerve-racking for some, so we highly encourage you to come down and get to know us and our team before signing up! We would love to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

Beginner Boxers $75/mo
Our Beginner Boxing class takes place Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 5-6pm for kids ages 8-15 years old. This class is taught by 4 of our dedicated coaching staff, Andres Reyes, Emmerscyn Grigsby, and Juvenal Larrios and Angel. Your child will learn the fundamentals of boxing, participate in offense/defense skills, and get a great sweat on during our cardio days in a team setting.

intermediate boxers $75/mo
Our Intermediate Boxing class is perfect for individuals 16+ from beginner to advanced levels, taught by our coaching staff, including participating in daily cardio workouts, utilizing our boxing equipment as well as learn the ins-and-out's of boxing in a group/team setting. Open Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 6-7pm

Power Hour $50-$75/mo (or $20 core members only)
11AM is a high-energy lunch hour boxing class designed for adults who want to train in the middle of the day. This 60 minute session focuses on boxing fundamentals, heavy bag work, cardio conditioning, core strength, and stress relief in a supportive, non-contact environment. No experience is needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and reset before heading back to work. Classes are offered at 11:00 AM, with membership options of $50 per month for two days per week or $75 per month for three days per week.

509 Fierce (Women's only) $100/mo
509 Fierce is our women’s-only boxing class focused on building strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, empowering space. This high-energy, non-contact class includes boxing fundamentals, heavy bag work, cardio, and total-body conditioning—welcoming all experience levels. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30–11:30 AM and 5:30–6:30 PM for flexible morning and evening options.
Additional memberships and Add-ons
Get ready to elevate your fitness routine with our exciting new memberships and add-on single day classes available throughout the week! Join us for 30-minute HIIT sessions that pack a punch, one-hour cardio conditioning workouts to your stamina, and specialized yoga recovery classes designed specifically for boxers. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or effectively, these classes provide the perfect opportunity to enhance your skills and well-being. Sign up and take your training to the next level!

45 minute Hitt
HIIT Add-On (4:00–4:45 PM | Tues, Thurs, Sat) is a high-intensity cardio and conditioning class open to everyone, no experience required. Whether you’re already training in our core classes and want to elevate your endurance and power, or you’re simply looking for a strong cardiovascular workout, this session delivers. Core members can drop in for $10 per class or add all three weekly sessions for $20 per month. Non-members can join for $50 a month (two classes per week) or $75 per month (three classes a week) or $10 per drop-in.

Recovery yoga
Recovery Yoga (Saturdays | 11:00 AM) is a 45-minute guided recovery class focused on stretching, mobility, and muscle restoration to help your body reset after a hard week of training. This low-impact session supports flexibility, injury prevention, and overall wellness for athletes of all levels. All fight team members attend free, while other members can join for a $5 drop-in or add it to their membership for $10 per month.

cardio conditioning
Cardio Conditioning (Mon, Wed, Fri | 4:00–5:00 PM) is a high-energy, circuit-based class designed to take your endurance to the next level. This structured workout improves stamina, speed, and overall conditioning, making it beneficial for boxing, any sport, or everyday life. Core members can add all three days for $20 per month or attend for a $5 drop-in fee. Non-core members can join for $50 per month (2 days per week) or $75 per month (3 days per week).
